Your first contact with the Ontario Bilkey ADHD Clinics will be with Sandra, our Office Coordinator.

Sandra will guide patients through the steps necessary to initiate an assessment. She will spend considerable time explaining the process and listening to callers’ concerns. She will then make every effort to expedite a quick and thorough evaluation at the clinic. The waiting list for appointments with Dr. Bilkey is kept to a minimum, so that individuals can receive their evaluation and treatment recommendations in a timely manner.

Consultative Services

The three-part assessment will be completed at the request of a family physician or treating psychiatrist. Individuals seeking an assessment for ADHD are also welcome to contact the clinic and our staff will expedite setting up the assessment process and contacting the treating physician.

Following a thorough evaluation with Dr. Bilkey, a comprehensive report, including treatment recommendations, will be sent to the treating physician. At the patient’s request, Dr. Bilkey will also forward recommendations to universities and colleges suggesting accommodations that will aid students in reaching their educational potential.

Before Beginning

Before beginning the assessment process at the Ontario Bilkey ADHD Clinics, it is necessary for the treating physician to complete a Consultation Request Form.

Referring physicians can obtain the Consultation Request Form by contacting Sandra at the clinic at (705) 726-0036 or by
downloading and printing out the online form.
